Rwanda has welcomed four newly appointed Ambassadors-designate, further advancing its commitment to fostering strong regional and global relations and diplomacy.
On May 20, 2025, James Kabarebe, Rwanda’s Minister of State in charge of Regional Cooperation, officially received the Letters of Credence from the diplomats including Sylver Aboubakar Minko Mi Nseme of Gabon and Abdelkerim Ahmadaye Bakhit Chad.
Others are Paul Malong Akaro, from South Sudan Luis Alejandro Levit, the Ambassador-designate of the Argentine Republic.
During the cordial ceremony, Kabarebe extended a warm welcome to the new envoys and conveyed Rwanda’s readiness to deepen bilateral partnerships with each of their respective nations.
His message echoed Rwanda’s consistent diplomatic philosophy of openness, mutual respect, and collaboration.
The reception of these ambassadors marks a renewed momentum in Rwanda’s pursuit of inclusive and strategic diplomacy, enhancing cooperation across Africa as well as Latin America.
As the new diplomats prepare to embark on their missions in Kigali, their arrival signals opportunities for enhanced trade, cultural exchange, regional stability, and joint efforts in sustainable development.
