President Paul Kagame on Tuesday chaired a session of the Presidential Advisory Council (PAC) at the Kigali Golf Resort, bringing together leading Rwandan and international experts to deliberate on innovative strategies for sustaining Rwanda’s rapid socio-economic transformation.
The high-level platform serves as a forum for exchanging ideas and policy insights aimed at guiding Rwanda’s long-term development agenda and addressing emerging regional and global challenges.
Discussions during the session centered on practical approaches to further accelerate economic growth, strengthen education and innovation, and ensure that national progress remains inclusive and resilient.
Among the participants were Louise Mushikiwabo, Secretary General of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), Dr. Donald Kaberuka, a renowned economist, Minister of Education Joseph Nsengimana and Minister of ICT and Innovation Paula Ingabire, among others.
The PAC continues to play a pivotal role in aligning Rwanda’s policies with its Vision 2050 goals, ensuring that growth remains people-centered and globally competitive.
